Considering this is a ~1.2GB mp4 rip - it should be far better.
720p at has no real meaning at TPB. I'm surprised uploaders don't use phrases like "2,000p in 3D!"
On a 23" screen some scenes had pixelization. The defects ranged from barely noticeable to distracting.
The opening in particular had really bad pixelization.
